Start with your experience
Resume Agent will read a résumé to build a profile of education, experience and skills. Students and alumni will be able to review and correct their own profile.
For college and university career offices
We’re building career support that will help your students and alumni turn their education, experience and skills into a next step, with a space for your staff to support them along the way.

Our goal for students and alumni
Resume Agent will read a résumé to build a profile of education, experience and skills. Students and alumni will be able to review and correct their own profile.
We plan to match that background to federal jobs from USAJOBS, private-sector jobs from The Muse and CareerJet, and remote jobs from Himalayas.
Resume Agent will ask a few questions, then help tailor a résumé and cover letter to a chosen job. Students and alumni will be able to review and download both as Word files.
We plan to give students and alumni an interest list for jobs they want to revisit, with apply links when they’re ready to take the next step.
Planned for career offices
Your team will have a school space to work with student profiles and educational records, with tools to help you see where support is needed.
Staff will be able to find students, import rosters by student ID, run reports and download exports for their career office.
We plan to keep programs, courses and syllabi alongside students’ enrollments and completions, so their education can help inform their next step.
Planned Claude and ChatGPT connectors will let staff and managers work with people, rosters, programs and courses using their school permissions.
Each school will have a monthly AI budget. Student chats will stay out of staff views and reports. A platform administrator will only be able to open student data through support access for that school, with a stated reason and each use logged.
Planned around your school
We plan to support Microsoft accounts, your own SAML identity provider and emailed one-time codes, in the combination your managers choose.
Planned options include roster imports, account creation at first SSO sign-in and email signup from school domains. People will be able to add school and personal emails to their account.
Staff will work with people, reports and the educational catalog. Managers will also set up sign-in, branding and staff access.
Your school will have its own address, such as yourschool.resumeagent.org, with your colors and logo.

For your team
We’re onboarding a first set of schools. The school and student tools are not open yet. Career offices can email hello@resumeagent.org to ask about early access.
Resume Agent is being built for college and university students and alumni, through their career offices. Planned sources are USAJOBS for federal jobs, The Muse and CareerJet for private-sector jobs, and Himalayas for remote jobs.
Planned records include profiles, education, job interests, application drafts and assistant chats. Students and alumni will be able to review and correct their own profiles. School staff will be able to work with student records and reports, but will not see chats. A platform administrator’s support access will be limited to that school, require a stated reason and be logged.
